What is a Ghost Hotel?
Ghost Hotels are the exciting future of lodging that you can take part in for leisure or profit. Unlike traditional hotels that are run by well established chains, a Ghost Hotel is a collection of privately owned units that are managed by individuals or a property management company. These are usually used in conjunction with short term leasing agencies like AirBnb or VRBO. Why the name Ghost Hotel?
Ghost Hotels are not haunted, but rather the name is borrowed from the similar innovation called Ghost Kitchens which rose to popularity during the COVID-19 pandemic.

As this is an emerging industry Ghost Hotels are not yet common. Currently the only known Ghost Hotel is Natiivo Austin which is expected to open by the end of 2021.
